Committees
Neighbors doing the work
Our committees are made up of volunteers. Each one looks after a part of community life, and all of them welcome new members.
Welcoming Committee
Volunteers greet new neighbors, share helpful information about the community, and point them to local services, events and neighborhood guidelines. The goal is a warm first impression and stronger connections among neighbors.
Beautification Committee
Maintains and enhances the natural beauty of Pocalla Springs through landscaping improvements, seasonal plantings and upkeep of common areas, so the neighborhood stays attractive and welcoming.
Pond Committee
Helps oversee the care and preservation of the community ponds: monitoring water quality, maintaining the surrounding areas and supporting responsible use. All residents living along the pond are members.
HOA Board
Volunteer leaders who uphold neighborhood standards, protect property values and make decisions in the best interests of the community and its future. We are members of the community, and it is our strong desire to serve you well.
Neighborhood Watch is forming
We are launching a Neighborhood Watch to help keep Pocalla Springs safe, connected and welcoming. The Sumter Police Department will provide official training so everyone knows how to observe and report. It is open to homeowners.
Want to help?
We are looking for a Pond Representative, and every committee can use another pair of hands. Tell us what you would like to do.
