Community standards
The short version of the rules that come up most. The full text is in the Restrictive Covenants and By-Laws.
Parking
Park in your driveway or designated spaces. No street parking, and no parking on green spaces. Do not block sidewalks, mailboxes, hydrants, fire lanes or stop signs, and do not park facing the wrong direction. Contractors must not block the road.
Since April 20, 2026 the HOA has 24-hour parking enforcement. Vehicles parked in violation may be towed at the owner’s expense.
Trash and recycling
Place bins curbside by 7 AM on collection day and bring them in that evening. On other days, containers must be stored out of street view.
Lawns and exteriors
Mow regularly, edge sidewalks and driveways, and keep yards free of weeds, clutter and debris. Check fences, mailboxes and exterior surfaces for needed repairs.
Yard ornaments and decorations
Section 16 of the General Provisions requires written Architectural Review Committee approval before placing yard ornaments, statues, figurines or similar items on any lot. Holiday decorations should come down within a reasonable time after the holiday.
Community walk-through
The Board walks the neighborhood about once a month to check on these standards. Dates are posted on the Meetings and Events page.
Speed and street safety
Please observe posted speed limits. Children and pedestrians are out.
