With warmer weather approaching, please review the following.
Yard ornaments and decorations
Section 16 of the General Provisions requires written Architectural Review Committee approval before placing yard ornaments, statues, figurines or similar items on any lot. Holiday decorations should be removed within a reasonable time after the holiday.
Trash containers
Trash and recycling containers must be stored out of street view except on collection day.
Repairs
Please inspect fences, mailboxes and exterior surfaces for any needed repairs.
Exterior cleaning
Spring is an ideal time to pressure wash siding, driveways and walkways.
Lawn care
Grass should be maintained regularly. Please edge sidewalks and driveways and address visible weeds.
Safety reminder
Please observe posted speed limits. With warmer weather, more children and pedestrians will be outside. If you notice a streetlight outage, report it directly to the utility provider and notify the Board so we can track concerns.
